This service is offered for clients who are deemed to lack mental capacity and unable to manage their own affairs. A Deputyship Order from the Court of Protection allows us to act on behalf of the client in dealing with their property and finances. There are very strict guidelines on how this service is managed, and the work is overseen by the Office of the Public Guardian.

Owl Guardian Services charge fixed fees for carrying out deputyship work, which is laid down by the Court of Protection for Local Authority charging, as set out below;
